Located on a 10-acre site in Worcestershire (UK), the Hills Science Park phase 3 was the construction to create a new sustainable energy building to later act as a benchmark for the UK.

Originally opened in 1999, the park is now home to over 40 companies with tenants including the Defense Diversification Agency, UTC Aerospace Systems, and Ordnance Survey.

Frenger^® was selected to supply their highly efficient range of ceiling integrated Active Chilled Beams to the sustainable building, providing building occupants with high levels of cooling and comfort.
