This major refurbishment to a landmark building required Passive Multi-Service Chilled Beams to an exacting technical specification to suit the needs of the office.

Active Chilled Beams were also required to deliver cooling levels at very low supply air volume (as low as 1 m/sm2).

Frenger's unique twin-battery technology was the only design solution that met with the requirements of DSSR. The installation is one of the largest Passive MSCB projects in the UK - with over 1000 Chilled Beams used on a total of seven floor levels.
