This well-known site was being re-developed as a film industry business centre, and the architectural brief called for aesthetically pleasing elliptical beam casings in a metallic silver finish.

At the heart of the Passive Multiservice Beam was Frenger's 'Radiant' Passive Chilled Beam providing a most comfortable thermal environment.

Frenger's asymmetric luminaires were integrated to provide uplighting components to comply with the latest lighting regulations.
