Passive Chilled Beams
The Commonwealth Bank Group recognised a need to upgrade their offices due to growing technological developments and staff needs, to create a more modern office with a bigger floor plate.
The 27-storey tower first began to move the groups teams in 2009, with 4,500 people working in the building by the end of June 2010.
The building was supplied with Passive Chilled Beams providing building occupants with high levels of Thermal Comfort that also helps to improve the health and wellbeing of the occupants.
