Frenger^® supplied the Multi Million Pound office refurbishment with their Active Multi-Service Chilled Beam units complete with continuous LED lighting and their Chilled Ceilings and chilled access bulkheads.

A key aspiration behind the refurbishment was to increase sustainability and reduce the enviornmental impact of the building.

20 Finsbury will achieve BREEAM Excellent certification and an EPC B rating.
